As a speaker, you are automatically assigned a ticket. You can log in to your ticket dashboard at websummit.com/my/ws21/login using the email address. A login link will be sent to this email so you can access and assign your guest ticket. 

You are automatically assigned as your ticket manager, but you can change this at any time. If you wish to change this to someone else, please contact your speaker success manager. 

Even if you are not the ticket manager, but know you have a ticket assigned to you, you can log in at websummit.com/my/ws21/login and view your ticket.

Please note this is a ticketed event, therefore everyone that wishes to attend this event must be assigned a ticket before arriving onsite. 

As a speaker, you receive a complimentary ticket to the conference for the entire event.

In mid-September, your speaker success manager will send you your app login details which will act as your ticket to access the event. 

You will be able to access the app/your ticket by following these steps.

As a speaker, you are entitled to one speaker guest pass to Web Summit, which is valid for the entirety of the conference. You must assign your guest their ticket via your ticket dashboard, and they must complete their registration before arriving onsite.  

Your guest will have full access to the entire conference, including to the exclusive speakers’ lounge, Forum. 

As a speaker, your accreditation will grant you entry to the three days of the event, to networking events and to Night Summit parties outside of your speaking slot. You will also receive full access to the exclusive speakers lounge, Forum, for the entirety of the event.

Your ticket/registration and the event app 

As a speaker, you will receive a complimentary ticket to the conference, and you are automatically registered for the event. 

Closer to the event, your speaker success manager will send you your app login details, and you will be able to access your ticket by following these steps:

Step 1: Download your speaker app.

Step 2: Log in using the details provided by your speaker success manager.

Step 3: Access your ticket by clicking  on your profile picture, then clicking on ‘My ticket’ to find your unique QR code.

Picking up your lanyard and wristband 

Once you arrive at the venue, please make your way to Forum registration, located at Rua do Bojador, 1990 Lisbon, Portugal.

We ask that you arrive at the venue at least 90 minutes before you are due on stage. This is to ensure you have adequate time to collect your pass (if you haven’t already done so) and to get through security. Once you arrive onsite, make your way to Forum to check in with a member of the speaker success team. 

Please note: Your lanyard and wristband must be worn at all times to access the venue.

Airport registration and venue registration

We will have an airport registration desk at Lisbon Airport where you can pick up your accreditation. More information to follow.

You must download the app onto your smartphone and log in with your personal credentials to access your ticket QR code. You will need the QR code within the app, as well as photo ID, to collect your accreditation.

In addition to our speaker to speaker introduction service, you can make connections through our app. Using the app, you will be able to explore the Web Summit schedule, and chat with other speakers, investors, members of the media and more.
